Cattle are great for grazing land unsuitable for crops. They also eat a lot of human food waste. So they turn marginal land and wasted food into high-quality proteins!

The UN prepares to hold a major meeting later this month about antimicrobial resistance. Normally I would be worried by what would come out of this meeting, but it looks like farmers are already on track to tackle this growing crisis. As I like to say, farmers are leaders in sustainability!
