Wanda on Profits from Animal Agriculture

August 30, 2017

To combat some negative misconceptions about animal agriculture, I asked animal farmers questions about animal care, welfare, and profits. It was a wonderful way to get some feedback and insight into animal agriculture and hear how real farmers view these very relevant topics. If you still think farmers don’t care about their farm animals, then you aren’t paying attention!

Wanda from Minnesota Farm Living and her husband raise hogs on their farm. Here is what she said when I asked: How do you balance and prioritize animal welfare with the need to make profits for your farm?
