There’s no reason to be worried about pesticide residues! The USDA regulates pesticide use to make farmers use it appropriately and don’t overdo it. And it annually tests to make sure any residue present isn’t harmful.

The UN prepares to hold a major meeting later this month about antimicrobial resistance. Normally I would be worried by what would come out of this meeting, but it looks like farmers are already on track to tackle this growing crisis. As I like to say, farmers are leaders in sustainability!
