Soil Testing Helps Us Make Informed Decisions

July 1, 2019

We’re in the process of applying fertilizer to our corn crop. But have you ever wondered how farmers determine what the plants need?

We regularly conduct soil sampling early in the year. Those results give us a bunch of information about soil health. And help us make decisions about nutrient application later in the season. So we can make targeted applications at the proper rates to get the best results.
