Every day we’re surrounded by people attempting to make claims about all kinds of consumer goods using “pseudoscience.” Pseudoscience isn’t science, it only looks and smells like science….but not quite. The foodie culture is rampant with these types of claims.

But there’s an easy way to make sure you aren’t fooled by them.

Dr. Amy Tuteur (former professor at Harvard Medical School) put together a list of 6 ways that can help anyone identify pseudoscience. Even you.
