Perspective on the “Dirty Dozen”

My friend Sarah over at Nurse Loves Farmer (check her out – she’s pretty awesome!) came up with the following chart in response to the EWG’s “Dirty Dozen” list. (You can read my comments here.) As you can see, even if you had the “dirtiest” or highest percentage of  pesticides that have ever been found, you cannot consume enough of the produce to be at risk for anything!
