Can’t Buy Local?

January 28, 2019

I know buying local is trendy. And for the best-tasting produce it’s really the best option. But if we only ate local in Michigan and Indiana, our tables would be pretty bare right now.

So if you can’t buy local, that’s okay too. Frozen, canned, and non-local fresh options are all great alternatives. The important thing is to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, regardless of where they comes from!

Canned and frozen are healthy choices and probably taste better than flown in from southern hemisphere!!
