Most farmers know all too well that the only land available is the land that we have now. In recent years, the price of farmland has skyrocketed, even though the value of residential properties plummeted. The scarcity of land is one of the reasons that young farmers are unable to enter into the profession, and many farmers are always on the hunt for additional land in order to expand their business and make ends meet.
But because we recognize that land is a limited resource, we want to make sure that we take care of it and preserve it for future generations. Our land is our legacy.
